Crispy pork or Pork belly 1/2 cup
Yardlong bean 1/2 cup
Kaffir-lime Leaf 1 tbsp
Chili slice (For garnishing) 1 tbsp
White Monkey Red Curry Dipping Sauce 1 pouch
Heat the pan. Pour a pouch of the Red curry dipping sauce in a saucepan.
Add yard long bean and Crispy Pork. Stir-fry until it cooked through.
Add Kaffir-lime leaf and stir well, then remove from heat.
Garnish with red chili slice and serve with steamed white rice
